Responsibilities:
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement, optimizing processes based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Establish a comprehensive quality assurance framework across Marketing Analytics
- Project Oversight:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of data science projects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.
- Advanced Analytics and Modeling:
- Drive the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models, predictive analytics, and other advanced statistical techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the organization's data science practices.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, effectively communicating the value of data science solutions.
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing and Training:
- Promote knowledge sharing and learning within the data science team and across the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance data literacy and promote understanding of data science methodologies among non-technical stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 7 years of expertise in preparing extensive datasets, conducting quantitative analyses, crafting predictive models, and effectively communicating results.
- Proficient in writing production-quality software using SQL, Python or R to implement predictive models and business logic within business software.
- Utilizing deep learning tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch to train diverse neural network architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
- Proven experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query and Google Tag Manager.
- Utilizing Generative AI tools such as OpenAI or Bard.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proven track record of building machine learning models involving images, videos, or audio data.
- Possessing a strategic mindset, anticipating future needs and planning ahead for the team.

- Experience within Higher-Education Industry is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's of Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Operations Research (OR), Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
