RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate will be responsible for posting invoices and cutting checks for multiple locations
- Review all invoices for accuracy and ensure approvals
- When necessary, review invoices with the AP Manager
- Review open invoice with AP Manager
- Track invoice that are prepaids
- Match checks with invoices
- Maintain and organize all files
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of related experience preferred
