Typical schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Apex Marine Inc. manufactures Qwest and Angler Qwest Pontoons. We are currently seeking a motivated, hard working logistics assistant to join our team.
A Logistics Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Usage of hand tools and power tools
- Load and unload trucks
- Ensure the height and length is within the DOD requirements
- Conducting quality inspections on products and parts
- Preparing finished products for shipment
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Attention to detail with parts and supplies
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Forklift experience would be beneficial
- Will spend majority of day outside loading and unloading semi’s
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
