What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at Apex Mechanical Corp?
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Review labor submissions for accuracy and completeness - Processing payroll, office and field payroll - Complete certified payroll reports - Calculating local union dues and remit reports along with payment. - Process accounts payable - Work on special projects as directed by the Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Proficient in MS office (especially excel) Good Organizational skills Excellent Communication skills Team oriented Sage 300 CRE Timberline and Paychex is a plus
