Vice President of Sales- Apex DKI

Apex Restoration DKI is a leading restoration contractor in Tennessee and Alabama based out of Tullahoma, Tennessee with over 20 years of experience in disaster restoration. Apex Restoration DKI provides restoration services to commercial, insurance, and residential clients. The services available to customers include emergency response, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, fire & smoke damage, and water damage repair. Our Emergency Response teams (CAT and Multi Family) are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using the most up-to-date technologies and are proud to employ quality professionals with superior skills and certifications. Apex Restoration DKI is looking for an enthusiastic and driven VP of Sales to lead and oversee all sales employees and help drive sales and growth of the company. The VP of Sales will oversee all aspects of Apex DKI sales including all locations, Multi Family and CAT teams. The VP of Sales responsibilities include training and holding accountable all sales team members. The VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO. The VP of Sales will be required to submit regular sales reports and generate a final weekly report that will need to be submitted to the CEO. The report will include all sales, potential and existing customer sales leads, and plans to resolve any customer complaints. They will also be required to create as well as present and train persuasive sales proposals to employees to encourage sales and repeat business. Ultimately, an exceptional VP of Sales should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and hold all sales employees accountable for sales growth.
• Train employees on building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling with an employee to assigned sales territories to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers when needed.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Ensuring all employees maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborating with the location, Multi family, Cat team and marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
• Coach team members to strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Must be willing to help any sales team member during a time of need or catastrophe event.

VP of Sales Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years’ experience in leading a sales team or organization.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Restoration sales a plus.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Results driven and possess a “can do” attitude.
• Some travel will be required.
• Valid Drivers License
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Base salary: $100K/ yr plus growth bonus
