We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in engaging with local communities, promoting our fundraising events, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities
- Coordinate outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials, attending community events, and networking with community leaders.
- Educate the public about our fundraising events, initiatives, and the impact of their support on the causes we serve.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and volunteers to support event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials
- Organize outreach events to raise awareness and generate support for our cause.
- Collect feedback from community members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement metrics.
- Stay informed about local issues, trends, and opportunities to align our fundraising efforts with community needs and interests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or volunteer coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies and campaigns.

Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
