We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in engaging with local communities, promoting our fundraising events, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in event fundraising and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities
• Coordinate outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials, attending community events, and networking with community leaders.
• Educate the public about our fundraising events, initiatives, and the impact of their support on the causes we serve.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and volunteers to support event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials
• Organize  outreach events to raise awareness and generate support for our cause.
• Collect feedback from community members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement metrics.
• Stay informed about local issues, trends, and opportunities to align our fundraising efforts with community needs and interests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or volunteer coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Passion for philanthropy, community service, and making a positive impact.

Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
