Apex Spine Institute located in the Tri Cities is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the financial operations for the clinic and surgery center
Along with the financial aspects of the company, the CFO would also be responsible for the oversight of our human resources department and our internal billing office and revenue cycle management.
Duties include:
· Responsibility for entire financial aspects of the operation including accounts payable, revenue cycle management, payroll, capital equipment, financing, banking, risk management and financial reporting among other duties.
· Hire and train staff in their duties
· Direct oversight over billing and HR departments.
· Provide competent leadership and set an example of how to treat co workers and patients.
· Provider super-user level support for practice management system.
· Be able to take care of needs that arise from providers and patients
· Participate in strategic planning, quality improvement and program development
· Assist CEO with projects as needed
Minimum requirements
· Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Business or healthcare related field
· Preferred; MBA or MHA
· C-level experience in medical, accounting or business related field
