Information, Intelligence and Insights (I3) team is looking for a Business Intelligence and Analytics Associate with experience in data analysis, report design and development to support Single-Family and Data and Decisions data needs.

We are a BI and Analytics team that optimizes and visualizes data in a cost-effective and speed-to-market manner to serve various data analytics and reporting needs for Single-Family division and Data and Decisions department. You will be apart of a smart, talented team responsible for supporting a wide range of internal and external customers. You will draw on all the skills in your toolkit to analyze, design, develop advanced analytic solutions that help our customers run more effective operations and make better business decisions.
Your Impact:
Design, develop, deploy and support Tableau dashboards
Participating in Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders and translate business requirements into Extract and report specifications
Understand and periodically suggest BI and report visualization best practices
Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards
Monitor, track and execute a project pipeline while fulfilling informal ad hoc requests
Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team
Assist in establishing a self-service BI operating model by training and enabling the users to own their reports
Ensure effective communication of user requirements
Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
Perform well under time constraints, and manage multiple tasks within assigned deadline
Participate in, and often leading, cooperative efforts with members of a project team representing multiple diverse groups and divisions
Qualifications:
Technical background with Tableau, Python or SQL
Background in leveraging data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Bachelors degree in Business/Data Analytics and related fields
2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, BI or related fields
Preferred qualifications:
Highly proficient data manipulation skills
Familiarity or exposure with AWS or other cloud technology
Experience working with different Databases and understanding of data warehousing concepts
Effective organization skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
