Document Management System Project Manager

Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Document Management System (DMS) project manager for a local client in Kansas City. The client is looking for someone who has experience leading DMS implementations and would also ideally have experience working with M-Files. The candidate also needs to have a background in Agile and Waterfall.
The candidate can sit remote in the United States but needs to be okay working on Central time. The ideal candidate would sit in Kansas City and would be willing to go onsite 2/3 days a week.
Responsibilities:

• Engages with and provides PM oversight activities for 3rd party vendors when leveraged for projects.
• Defines project objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management, project team and project stakeholders.?
• Excellent at collaboration and relationship building.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.?

• Creates, executes and maintains all components of project plans.?
• Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones.??
