Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director, Directorate of Management (DOM) with program planning, management, and execution support through a variety of means, to include but not limited to, providing information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, recommendations, program and technical management, program planning and oversight, technical evaluation, training and/or services, preparation for and participation in meetings, working groups, receiving and handling telephone calls, responding to emails and monitoring task management systems for actions that require DOM and other Joint Staff Directorates or Combatant Command equities. Additionally, this program planning, management, and execution support will cover a wide-array of DOM topics and equities that impact the DOM organizations, e.g., Joint Staff Security Office, Joint Staff Support Services Office, Customer Relations Division, Joint Staff Battle Rhythm Team, SJS, or the Office of the Director, DOM. These activities shall minimally include information management, decision-making processes, to include updating DOM-specific guidance and directions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Extensive experience supporting a variety of programs, performance and administrative functions, to include task management.
- Superb attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills, and excellent oral and written communication.
- Extensive experience in supporting the development of strategic planning document, policy guidance, implementation guidelines, memorandums, reports, and other information that may be presented to the most senior leaders of the U.S. Government.
- Expert knowledge of a variety of technologies, to include Microsoft Office programs and services, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required.
