Position:

The company is rapidly expanding and looking to develop new applications and cloud platforms for fully remote projects. The team has an immediate need for a Software Engineer in Test. The team is working on new web development and cloud migrations which requires code testing, code reviews, and Scrum meetings. The role will be predominantly working in a testing and development function creating and maintaining automation scripts, as well as, supporting cloud migration initiatives, and developing small scale code. The candidate should have knowledge of or an interest to learn React/JavaScript frameworks, automation testing, APIs, and a firm understanding of databases. The team is looking for someone who is collaborative and able to take initiative starting on new projects while working with a team at your side. Responsibilities:

• Designing and writing automation test scripts
• Creating, maintaining, and executing product testing strategies
• Advising the team on the automation framework
• Participating in code reviews/Scrum meetings
• Interfacing with software engineers in executing projects by advising and implementing quality automation standards
• Assisting the development team and learning code development
• Work with various technologies in an Agile environment: React, Next, JavaScript, WebDriver, Cypress, SQL, AWS, and more

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or similar years of work experience
• Experience working with Automation testing
• Experience working with React/JavaScript frameworks
• Ability to communicate with a team
• Ability to work fully remote on CST schedules
• Ability to work on a W-2 without sponsorship
