Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Fully Remote, Based in EST
Terms: 12 month Contract to Hire
Must Have
- Minimum 5-years as an IT Senior Level BA
- Experience with Core HR Systems at an Enterprise level (including implementations)
- Minimum 3 Years' experience with Agile or Hybrid delivery models
Need to Have
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented and capable of delivering within a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of business structure in an HR environment
- Ability to facilitate large groups of diverse individuals towards a common goal
- Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio and Jira
- Business process mapping
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a Retail IT Environment
- Use Case Diagrams
- L0/L1 Architecture Diagrams
- Modeling / Diagramming
- Wireframing
- SQL
- Data Visualization
- Working knowledge of APIs
