The ideal dev skills as MVC, SQL, .Net Core., and experience working with applications that have data and calculation-intensive operations. Ideally, this developer would have industry knowledge and solid footing in C# programming and SQL. A computer-related degree background and 8 years of experience doing it full-time. Some of their software requires TLC, and the database needs to be overhauled from the ground up.

- .Net Web forms apps primarily written in C#. They do have one Web form app written in VB.Net
- .Net MVC C#
- .Net windows services written in C#
- .Net Core Worker services written in C#
- MS-SQL 2008 R2 - 2021 (some are older databases running in compatibility mode)
- Azure Functions (Not too much, just a few)
- Azure Github
- JQuery framework - an older model 2013 or 2014 was the last time it was upgraded - not a whole lot of this they don't need extensive knowledge just needs to know how to leverage it
- Some Javascript
