Product Designer

Apex Systems is helping a start up healthcare product provider hire a Product Designer! They are looking for this person to convert to full time/salary paid.

Location - 100% remote, EST hours

Duration - 3 month contract to hire ideal, but flexible for full FTE for right person!

Pay - 50 /hr W2 starting pay and flexible depending on experience

Top Requirements:

-strong background in end to end product design (research, testing, wireframing, high-low prototyping, design system use/creation, iconography, typograpthy, visual design)

-Healthcare knowledge/experience required, preferably with B2B products (huge plus if someone has experience with healthcare start up and go to market work)

-strong written and verbal communication will be required as it is a huge part of the day to day

• Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.
• Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.
• Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.
• Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
• Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
• Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
