Position Overview: As a Marketing and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's brand presence in the community and driving business growth recruiting new agents, lenders and builders to utilize our company through strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in marketing and sales, particularly within the title insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of marketing and sales experience in the title insurance industry
• General knowledge of title insurance processes and real estate industry trends
• Demonstrates success in exceeding sales goals and building a robust book of business
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute marketing events effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders
• Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of social media engagement
• Flexibility to attend outside functions during both weekdays and occasional evenings/weekends
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group settings
• Book of Business

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the company's brand presence in the community through strategic marketing efforts
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
• Organize and execute events to promote the company's services and engage with the community
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals to drive business growth
• Market the company to realtors, investors, builders, and the general public
• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing ideas to attract new clients
• Conduct office presentations and networking events to generate leads and referrals
• Maintain consistent follow-up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Co-manage the company's social media channels and grow the online following
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and services with professionalism and enthusiasm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
