About the Job


The Operation Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that everything runs smoothly within the organization. Plainly put you annihilate roadblocks and bottlenecks to promote progress and productivity. 

Essential Functions:


  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company 
  • Champion efficient systems and processes
  • High-level understanding of all business functions of the company
  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO, President, and other key executive team members.
  • Create effective measurement tools (KPIs)  to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
  • Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company. 
  • Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management-level employees, and executive leadership team members. 
  • Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Proper observation of communication styles to effectively communicate with team members
  • Maintain a high EQ and an ability to evolve relationships with leaders in the company 
  • Ability to confront when necessary and be radically candid with team members 

Job Requirements


  • Ability to work closely with the CEO and leadership team while establishing candid and functional relationships
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  •  Communicate with property and corporate management and employees clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and Youtube)
  • Comfortable working with and learning new software
  • Understanding of influencer marketing preferred
  • Builds manage, analyzes, and proposes operational changes based on analysis of department data to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements automation strategies to replace manual tasks.
  • Prepares reporting and metrics dashboards related to time-tracking, project status, team capacity and effectiveness, billing, and other relevant data.
  • Supports department leadership as requested
  • Serves as an analytic generalist to support data queries from internal team members and clients
  • Leverages technology to gain efficiencies and improves communications within the team and with clients
  • Assists with general business administration tasks


Education and Experience 

  • Two to five (2 to 5) years of experience in the same or similar position is required.
