Required local or willing to travel occasionally.
Required Skills
• Site Support experience (virtual and/or on-site)
• Proficient Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
• Proficient Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Expert Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Should have good experience with Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams
• Ability to learning new applications
Responsibilities
• Provide On-Site Support, hold and attend Daily Meetings with Staff.
• Work and communicate with other Site Support Staff and Project
• Identify Trends
• Track Daily Interactions
• Report Key Issues/Trends/Resolutions from Offices
• Apply Critical Thinking to Problem Solve
• Advocate for the System
• Know Resources Availability
• Utilize Resources
