Job Description:

"As a Traffic Manager you will collaborate with project management and video production to traffic creative projects across a wide range of traditional and digital media.

Most Days You:

Act as liaison between stations, clients, and postproduction to ensure all parties are aware of station requirements, both local and global, to facilitate compliance and avoid delays in media scheduling

Estimate costs of shipping and network changes, ensuring materials are delivered on time, understanding the impact of creative changes to media schedules, managing inventory and billing.

Provide guidance to post-production teams regarding network clearance compliance and anticipated challenges

Generate traffic estimates and manage dub and shipping budgets for internal partners

Manage trafficking and approval of all production and billing, for the purpose of tracking commercial spots

Coordinate spot master delivery and manage commercial logs

Investigate all trafficking errors

Maintain updated tracker with contacts, deadlines, material and format requirements

Anticipate and troubleshoot clearance issues

You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration or related field

4 years of agency and/or broadcast traffic experience

Related college degree

General understanding of the creative process and how networks obtain clearance

Excellent communications and organizational skills

Proficiency MS Office including Excel, and Workfront

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
