We are looking for you to join our team as an Assembler 4 working in Marlborough, MA. As an Assembler 4, you will work to interpret assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices while also acting as an Ambassador for our Space Program and Projects.
JOB SUMMARY: An Assembler 4 has the ability to interpret assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.

- Able to use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures and hand tools
- Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines
- Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production down time
- Complete assigned jobs per established budget
- Ability to wire bond and solder proficiently
- Able to work across multiple product lines if needed
- Able to train others across multiple product lines if needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associate's Degree
- Experience Years: 5-8 years
- Experience Type: Expert electro-mechanical assembly
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manual dexterity
- Able to train other employees
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing Floor Based
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit at work station/microscope 8 hours per day
