JOB SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain data to recommend improvements to boost performance and reduce costs. Coordinates with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to implement changes and new systems and overall supports the Commodity Management team in running reports, generating metrics, and consolidating data.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Create Small Business Plan (SBP) in support of government contracts for PLMs
Supports Life Cycle Analysis for:
ROPR to decrease COPQ
SBPs to identify LC risk prior to order acceptance,
quote support
customer requests
Commodity Management pulling document packages, quote consolidation, and analysis.
Quarterly consolidation and analysis of direct and indirect spend across all BUs
KPIs: LTA Compliance, LTA OTD, and LTA Quality
Monthly consolidation of indirect spend savings in support of commodity team and finance for MORs
