What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Property Manager position at APM?
Looking for a licensed community association manager to manage a portfolio of community associations. Must have an active CAM license in the State of Florida for a minimum of three years. Duties to include, but not limited to: Violation enforcement, gate access coordination, vendor relations, board / annual meeting set up / organization, preparing budgets, accounts payable coding, financial review, sale/lease application processing, etc.... Must have strong work ethic, professional, technology savvy, and not afraid to get your shoes dirty. Must be accountable to show up for work daily, Monday - Friday.
