Job Description
Working in a continuously evolving environment you will be part of a team that is developing complete systems to test and support state-of-the-art CMOS image sensors. There are three main categories of systems you will work on: test systems, evaluation systems and reference designs.
The HW that you will help to develop is intended to ensure the outgoing quality of image sensor products. Your day to day job will range from high-speed PCB design, over FPGA work to HW-SW integration and debugging.
During the new product development phase a System Development engineer is part of a cross functional team and has as main responsibility to define and extract the system requirements to support the new products. You will function as a HW designer.
Your performance and growth is monitored, assessed and rewarded, you will have an individual development plan based on your competences and interests.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent through experience
- Strong Verilog or VHDL RTL design skills
- Experienced with state of the art PCB design tools and methodology.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and chipscope/signaltap are strongly preferred
- Understanding of low level software (firmware and/or drivers in C or C ).
- Experience with high speed serdes designs, system interconnects and DDR SDRAM memory interfaces in FPGA are pluses
- Experience with industry-standard protocols (PCI Express, USB, DP, LVDS, ) are pluses
- Special interest in Image Sensors / High Speed imaging
- 5 years of relevant experience
