Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Norfolk, VA. Qualified candidates must have an active Secret clearance.
The Business Process Analyst will assist with the integration, maintenance, and execution of FORCECOM’s Human Performance Cycle throughout the USCG. FORCECOM is responsible for overseeing all relevant USCG operation and mission support training. The Program Manager will oversee projects that assist with Program and Project Lifecycle Management, strategic planning and organizational transformation, facilitation, communication, reporting and documentation support, strategic communications coordination, operational analysis, and business process re-engineering.
The Program Analyst will:
- Provide analytical support to project managers on multiple projects.
- Research current FORCECOM initiatives and policies and verifying requirements for these initiatives and policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking or project problems and issues to include feasibility, risks to cost, schedule, and scope.
- Support the development of documents and packages for presentation to FORCECOM leadership.
Assist with facilitation and documentation support such as coordinating meetings, reserving locations and sending invitations, drafting agendas, writing minutes, and tracking action items and meeting deliverables.
Required Experience:
- Active Secret clearance
- An associate’s degree in the field of business or engineering
- At least 5 years work experience supporting the USCG in the areas of training, manpower, organizational structure, analytics, business process re-engineering, or quality
