Job Title : Data Entry Coordinator
Location : Fremont, MI / Fort Smith, AR
Duration : 6 Months
Description : Hybrid position - In-office Tuesday through Thursday, WFH Monday and Friday
Typical hours are expected to be 7am - 3 : 30pm
Job duties :
Recreate all task list in SAP
Relabel stock room materials
Create new work center for all MSE, MSM and department work centers
Update cost center on all Maintenance Plan Items
Clean data in old PO’s
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with data management systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
