Job Description

  • SME focused on setting up the ORG/Tenants for Genesys Cloud solutions, assisting with the People & Permissions, Telephony, Integrations, and API Usage. 

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Working with OMNIChannel to help define the permission roles and group functions within the system.
  • Telephony configurations including trunks, dial plans, metrics, etc.
  • Guiding the direction on Genesys App Foundry partners and how to navigate and configure services. Examples include Event Bridge, WFM (TTECH), CM Staging, CDS, etc
  • Assisting in the workflow processes for API usage and pipelines.
  • Knowledge transfer/training of Genesys Cloud Services for OMNIChannel staff
