As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to facilitate sales conversions. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Research and identify potential customers within target markets or demographics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Customer Engagement
- Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods.
- Educate prospects about company products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build rapport with potential customers and address their inquiries or concerns effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales process to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Provide timely and relevant information to prospects to facilitate decision-making.
- Sales Conversion:
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate the conversion of leads into customers.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals or quotes as needed.
Data Management:
- Document all interactions with leads in the CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
- Keep track of lead status, updates, and next steps in the sales process.
- Generate reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training programs or workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on sales strategies, processes, and tools for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Must be self-motivated and energetic! Will be required to work 9-6 on Saturdays.
