Product Specialists visit patients at their home and help fit Apos with guided help from a physical therapist that is working alongside them via video conferencing.

Job Summary:

• Commuting to homes of scheduled patients with a warm service-oriented personality. Patients will be in close proximity to your home.
• Comfortable with technology and communicating with patients and clinical support thru phone, text, email, Microsoft Teams.
• Setting up company provided computer and software programs at patient home to support video conferencing.
• Physically assisting patients with their APOS device (putting shoes on and off).
• Have functional knowledge of the day’s schedule as well as thorough inventory of the supplies and equipment required for the day’s work.

General Requirements:

• Knowledge of kinesiology, athletic training, or biomechanics is a plus
• Ability to travel locally and flexibility with scheduling close to your home (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan)
• Ability to drive and owning a personal vehicle are required
• Able to lift, push, and slide packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform rotating hand movement to fit Apos device calibrate the device.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
