JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced in desktop engineering and support and Proven ability to offer
high level desktop support in an enterprise environment, Excellent
Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephone or Electronic Interaction with
equipment issues like MS Surface hub and IP Telephon
Primary Skill:
Experience on Azure
Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, AD
Ability to install Operating System on Servers and Devices
Strong Endpoint device support experience (i.e. desktop computers, laptops)
Working Knowledge of PowerShell
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills(Hardware, OS)
Provisioning and Racking of hardware
Strong customer relations experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Understanding of Inventory management and CMDB updating
Secondary Skill:
Ability to support Audio Video needs
Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP
Ability to reset a room for a demo using Intune and Autopilot
Ability to work on IoT devices
"Identify and Implement Service and Process improvement initiatives
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute Deployment activities based on available resources
