Responsibilities:
Overall 10 years of experience in Microsoft technology
5 years of strong experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Security, Azure Active Directory, Azure Monitoring and Telemetry, M365, EMS, Citrix, CVAD, MEM
Experience in End-to-end virtual desktop solutions through meticulous analysis of business needs, evaluation of existing infrastructure, and formulation of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural systems
Experience in providing technical leadership in deploying cloud environments and charting modernization roadmaps
Configured and managed Azure Virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage components, effectively establishing and maintaining AVD environments and ensured proper management of user profiles, images, and application delivery mechanisms.
Implemented performance-enhancing strategies for virtual desktop environments focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, service health and user experience.
Partnered with third-party service providers, to integrate their offerings and develop strategy and solutions based on requirements.
Streamlined operational support tasks, empowering engineers to focus on innovation than maintenance tasks.
Developed templates in Azure DevOps/Terraform to increase efficiency and reliability for building cloud infra platforms
Strong knowledge in Agile methodology
