Grow your career as Group Service -Team Lead within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for oversee a pod of employees and strive to ensure the team provides superior customer service at all times. The role requires the team member to lead the team in the handling of escalated cases, coaching & development and monitoring team member daily progress to ensure the pod is on track to meet or exceed established weekly KPIs.
A successful Group Service -Team Lead will:
- Strive to grow agent business by building rapport and providing outstanding customer service
- Lead service pod by developing & coaching team members and ensuring team is on track to exceed established weekly KPIs
- Establish team schedule & phone coverage needs
- Own & close escalated cases and ensure the team makes the learning greater than the experience
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by leader
A successful Group Service -Team Lead will have:
- High School Diploma/equivalent required.
- 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools – Excel, Word, TEAMS & PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to help manage business
- Ability to work with team members in both an office & work at home environment
- Maintain focus & energy in fast-paced group environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
- Be able to travel domestic/international
