Apple is seeking a customer-facing Briefing Center Coordinator to support overall operations of the Executive Briefing Center at Apple Park.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Project management, including scheduling, resource management, and meeting logistics
- Adaptable to changing needs in fast-paced environment
- Superb communication skills, including with executives
- Resourceful, creative, and highly collaborative
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Enthusiasm for Apple B2B sales and growing Apple footprint with Enterprise customers
- Effective at establishing rapport and driving results in a highly matrixed organization
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to be at Apple Park up to five days a week, depending on the briefing schedule
- Experience with Apple productivity suite and project management tools
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and event management tools
Description
In this role, you will:
- Support overall operations of Executive Briefing Center, including scheduling, catering, speakers, parking, and room set up
- Bring a sense of hospitality to ensure customers have an exceptional experience of Apple
- Focus on flawless execution and identify opportunities improve the customer experience
- Partner closely with Briefing Operations Manager and Briefing Development Specialists
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of related experience

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $158,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
