Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast moving, high growth environment.
- Experience as a direct business partner to a sales organization.
- Team player with excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Business partner to a hardware Sales organization is preferred, but not required.
Description
A successful candidate must be an independent, highly motivated, team oriented individual who will become a proactive business partner supporting the entire Sales organization. The position requires extensive financial modeling, reporting capability, presentation skills and most importantly a passion for growing Apple’s business in the US. This role partners closely with US Sales, US Finance, US Sales Operations and WW Sales Finance to drive overall company objectives, including, but not limited to:
- Provide key analysis on the health of the US business and track alignment to our goals (across all Lines of Business)
- Work with Sales, Sales Operations and Demand Forecast & Analysis teams to build the forecast, challenge forecast assumptions, provide commentary to leadership and make recommendations on improvements
- Support the development and business case of new investments or programs created to unlock growth opportunities
- Analyze the effectiveness of any new program in driving growth, calculate program payouts and support accruals
- Business partner with Sales to assess partner performance and provide insights to aid the growth of the channel
- Support commission planning and strategy
Education & Experience
Finance Degree, MBA, or relevant advanced Degree highly preferred.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $158,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
