The AppleCare Support Experience Special Projects Team is seeking a passionate Project Manager to manage a growing portfolio of contact center programs. This Project Manager will influence worldwide Apple Support strategy while owning several customer facing initiatives. This candidate will play a key role in guiding and delivering on AppleCare’s capital investment portfolio. This position will be located on site in Austin, Texas.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience managing projects or programs, including global, cross-organizational contact center or support initiatives, preferably with an emphasis on technology solutions
- 1-3 years experience with regulatory compliance and auditing (in any industry)
- Deep knowledge crafting service processes with the comprehensive customer journey in mind
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience distilling information for varied audiences: From day-to-day, meticulous tracking of project plans, to rolling up high-level overviews for senior leadership
- Outstanding influencing skills to unify and collaborate with teams with varied strengths
- Successful track record handling large-scale high profile projects and deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of the system development life-cycles
- Extensive knowledge of contact center tools and processes a plus
Description
