Weekend Visit Nurse
Seeking a part time weekend RN/LPN for visits. We are currently operating at 4.5 out of 5 starts (clinical) and 4 out of 5 stars (patient satisfaction) which demonstrates our commitment to quality. Must have at least one year of clinical experience. Prefer nurses with home health and hospice experience. Must be able to think independently and have good time management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Complete Oasis and visit notes in a timely manner
· Communicate with other staff members on patient needs
· Weekend visits and admits
Qualifications and Skills
· Nursing experience: 1 year
· Home Health and Hospice: prefer 1 year
· Oasis: prefer 1 year
· Active RN/LPN license
· Basic computer skills
· Current CPR certification
· Self motivated
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must have excellent communication skills
Salary
· Admission and visit rate based on experience, paid hourly or per visit.
