Due Diligence Associate

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Tempe, AZ

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or conversion

Pay Rate: $27-29 per hour

Summary:

The Due Diligence Associate will contribute to Business Execution tasks with a focus on reviewing customer documentation and compliance-related processes. This role requires an acute attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess and respond to compliance issues. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) practices, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate customer documentation for compliance with established guidelines and standards.
• Ensure accuracy in updates to the system of record and manage corrections as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, particularly regarding non-compliance issues or discrepancies in customer documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and Customer Identification.
• Prior experience in AML and validation processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate compliance and documentation issues clearly.
• Previous experience in the mortgage and/or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
