Our client is seeing an Office Assistant.

  • 100% on-site in Agoura Hills, CA
  • Ability to work 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. - Monday - Friday

Job description

Job Duties :

  • Greet our incoming vendors or clients
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, preparing mail, preparing documents and other forms.
  • Data entry
  • Stock and order office / breakroom supplies.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing incoming email and mail
  • Scanning forms and documents
  • Handling appointment reminders for Owners
  • Upkeep / organization of the office
  • Performing related duties and responsibilities as required by the office manager
  • Project management and follow up with vendors and clients.
  • Create client notebooks and work with staff to maintain history of submittal dates, when received, etc. (all incoming / outgoing documents)

Qualifications; Skills :

  • Administrative / Receptionist experience required
  • Excellent typing and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess and project a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Personable will interact with customers via phone / email and in person
