Our client is looking for an Entry Level Accounts Payable to join their team. This is a full time position. Ideally candidate will have a bachelor•s degree in Accounting.
In this role, you will
•Follow all accounting protocols, internal controls and expected standards
•Effectively communicating with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other such key stakeholders
• Journal entries
• Processing subcontractor invoices, other types of supplier invoices and expense claims within required time frame.
• Accurate data entry in a high volume environment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors in Accounting from an accredited university desired.
• One year of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels.
