What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE position at AppleOne?
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
*Assisting in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
*Recording, verifying, and posting check and ACH bank payments received daily.
*Reconciling payments with accounts receivables ledger and preparing reports of delinquent accounts.
*Communicating professionally with customers to collect and minimize outstanding debt.
*Collaborating with sales team on order or account issues to work toward resolution.
*Assisting with any additional role related duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
*Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as other accounting software programs.
*Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin
