Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Columbia, SC
Salary: $35,000 - $38,000 per year (Bonus opportunities!)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the chance to work with a leading insurance company, specializing in Property Casualty policies (home, auto), and provides opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all aspects of insurance customer service.
-Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and add-ons for coverage.
-Manage the claims process and assist clients with filing claims as needed.
-Support the initial quoting process for new policies.
-Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
-Willingness to obtain Property Casualty (PC) license if not already licensed. Company will support licensing process.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
-Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
