What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Servcie Rep position at AppleOne?
A client company of AppleOne is seeking dedicated Customer Services Representatives to join their team for a tax preparation company.
The primary responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, handling inbound calls for status updates, and communicating realistic timelines.
Interaction with Case Managers and Settlement Officers for regular case updates is also required.
Responsibilities :
Interact professionally and promptly with Case Managers and Tax Professionals.
Answer, transfer calls, and update clients on case status as needed.
Conduct outbound calls to the existing client base requesting case documents.
Prioritize case load and assignments efficiently.
Collect and scan documents into clients’ case files.
Review, edit, and upload various documents into corresponding case files.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Proficient computer skills including Google Suite, MS Office, Typing, and Adobe Acrobat.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Experience handling high volume inbound and outbound calls.
Exceptional customer service approach.
Positive Can Do attitude.
Experience with CRM LOGICS is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of the finance / tax resolution industries.
