Multinational Fortune 500 company is seeking experienced Customer Service Professional to join as a Fraud & Claims Operations Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fraud and claims functional area. This position requires a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improving customer experience while effectively mitigating risks associated with fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and mitigate risks related to fraudulent activities.
• Perform moderately complex customer support tasks, including establishing rapport with customers and deescalating challenging situations.
• Receive guidance from managers and escalate non-routine inquiries as necessary.
• Manage multiple claim types, making informed decisions using various systems and applications.
• Interact with colleagues to gather necessary information and communicate effectively with both external and internal customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct research by contacting third parties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or equivalent role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems and applications for decision-making.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fraud detection or claims management within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and claims processing.
