Temporary to Hire
Immediate need for a friendly and welcoming front desk coordinator that is organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with phone etiquette, and excellent customer service.
Duties include, but not limited to answering phones in a professional manner, answering, forwarding, scheduling appointments, processing incoming / outcoming mails, communicate with customers regarding billing.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, data entry, and electronic filing. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
