RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
- Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
- 3 year of hands on Human Resource, Payroll or Onboarding experience
- Strong internal customer service and communication skills
- Ideal candidate will have experience working in HRIS
- Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or HR preferred
