Job Title : Office Administrator OPEN POSITION

Pay : $25-$35

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Onsite

Short Description :

As an Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in providing vital support to our organization by managing various clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in office software, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role, contributing to the efficient operation of our office and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Using computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.

Answering telephones, providing information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Setting up and managing paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.

Operating office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems, and arranging for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

Greeting visitors or callers, handling inquiries, or directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Maintaining scheduling and event calendars.

Writing : Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the audience's needs.

Active Listening : Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Reading Comprehension : Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

Speaking : Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Time Management : Managing one's own time and the time of others.
