Operations Manager

In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to operational and field leadership, developing and maintaining streamlined cross-functional processes. As an ideal candidate, you possess strong leadership skills, construction industry knowledge and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing programs designed to meet or exceed corporate objectives in the areas of revenue, sales, margin, and operating income across multiple state offices.
- Organizes and develops an effective team to efficiently deliver service and to grow the business.
- Assisting with financial and operational audits as needed, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Supports and directs employees on safety practices and hazard communication in bidding processes
- Oversees Service Managers, Sales Representatives, and provides guidance for field operations.
- Aids and assists in preparation of estimates/proposals, supporting and mentoring direct reports or other employees as needed. Assigns bidding opportunities in conjunction with staff talent and experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management with 3 years of maintenance administrative/plant operations roles.
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC and plumbing services in the construction industry.
- Strong ethical conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality.
