What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at AppleOne?
We are currently recruiting an experienced national sales manager who will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving the growth and expansion of the brand to achieve higher levels of sales performance. This position will work directly under the supervision of the company president and will play a prominent role in the development and formation of product and market strategies across the United States. main duty: • Develop long-term sales growth strategies for the company and achieve this by applying strategic planning techniques, competitive analysis, and market development • Execute sales plans and new market penetration strategies • Manage the sales team and guide the sales process, including the development, qualification and positioning of all company products • Design regional and national sales programs to increase company revenue • Develop distribution and retail channels, expand existing customers and territories, and achieve sales targets • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers' project managers, designers and engineers to provide customers with the best product options • Influence partners to develop and expand market opportunities and maximize brand exposure • Design coordination with factories for new products and price negotiation with customers • Promote new products to customers and understand new market trends • Work closely with OEM customers to meet their product needs • Collaborate with OEM customer's tour department • Enter OEM export orders and negotiate delivery time with the factory • Review existing OEM pricing and formulate new year prices • Work with OEM customers and factories on compliance issues Education/Job Requirements: Must know Chinese and English Bachelor's degree or above (Business is preferred) Golf or fishing experience required 3 years of relevant experience in the sales industry including manufacturing, retail, distribution and wholesale Must have a good track record and comprehensive work experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Basic computer skills Can use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint other request: Domestic trade show business travel required Can lift 30 lbs. Bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin Preferred.
