Warehouse Supervisor

Provides leadership and direction to the team- manages day-to-day activities and Supervise and assist in all shift responsibilities, this may include shipping, receiving, cycle counting and bin maintenance.
These duties contribute to the shipping success and productivity level of the warehouse department. Must lead by example and as a Warehouse Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse.
You will be responsible for leading warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
will act as a subject matter, problem solving expert, while serving as a coach, trainer, and mentor for Warehouse team members.
The Supervisor is expected to model appropriate behavior / skills during all interactions and is a vital communication link between the department Managers and our Warehouse team members and will help to ensure that warehouse operations are performed effectively and safely.
