  • Schedule, train and manage employees.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work in temperatures of 0° to -40°, for up to 20 minutes repeatedly during a shift
  • Stocks dairy/frozen product in frozen and refrigerated food cases
  • Pull or push wheeled vehicles weighing up to 200 pounds.
  • Provide verbal & physical assistance to customers and employees.
  • Perform mopping, sweeping and general cleaning duties around their work area.
  • Maintain product rotation Perform freshness checks and control loss
  • Prepare stock and merchandise products.
  • Planning and purchasing merchandise for daily, weekly and holiday sales.
  • Planning and purchasing to increase Profitability and control Shrink
  • Bends and stoops, twists and turns
  • Must be available weekends and Holidays
  • Operate pallet jacks.
  • Operate hydraulic baler
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards and policies
  • Comply with OSHA health and safety regulations
  • Communicates with others in a polite and professional manner.
  • Deal effectively with vendors, suppliers, employees and customers
  • Discipline employees when necessary.
  • Establish, interpret and administer rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
