Sales Support Representative

Baillios is a fast-growing company in the Albuquerque, NM area looking for a Sales Support Representative to manage all transactions with customers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and complete other duties as assigned. Cashier duties include taking payments in person or by phone, counting money, reconciling bank deposits, and maintaining a safe work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have previous cash handling experience, good math skills, and a polite and customer service-oriented attitude. You should be available to work on weekends.

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities

• Greet Customer Upon Entry to the store
• Answer all incoming call to Baillios​
• Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience to customers
• ​Responsible for calling and contacting customers to schedule delivery/installation.
• Responsible for ensuring product is in inventory, waiting to be released by warehouse.
• ​Responsible for working with Sales Staff for all customer product that is on backorder.
• ​Communicate all delays in a project to customer, internal operations persons, and sales.
• ​Ensures no product leaves the warehouse without payment in full. Follow up with Sales
• ​Work with delivery and warehouse to schedule committed deliveries with the customers.
• ​Point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with.
• ​Manage damaged product process​

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
