If you're an ambitious new grad or have been working for a few years out of college, we encourage you to explore the role of Associate Consultant with AST, which begins with AST Academy! We just finished an extremely successful academy that began in July, and are Academy grads are ready to partner with their mentor and shadow on projects!

As an associate consultant, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will begin by learning what we do and how we do it and then be placed on interesting and challenging projects, as you work side by side with some of the best in the business.

What You’ll Do

• Attend our four week, fully-paid training at AST Academy, located at our headquarters in Lisle, IL. You'll learn the world of Oracle cloud, in Enterprise Resources Planning, Human Capital Management, Financials, BI, and more.
• After you've successfully completed AST Academy, shadow senior consultants and work on AST’s Cloud engagements.
• Learn the functional and/or technical side of what we do, using your education and skill set, opening new doors you might not have known existed!
• Learn report writing or data extraction and help customer to load data.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor's and/or master's degree from an accredited university, in the field of Human Resources
• Exposure to any ERP software is an added advantage
• A capacity to think analytically and mentality to out think the others.
• A capacity to work in a team setting and the confidence to out perform
• A willingness to learn and a love of technology.
• 3-5 years’ experience in HR, Benefits or Payroll processing
• The ability and willingness to travel to clients as needed, once you're up and running and we're confident in your future success.
• Must be local to the Chicago area and be able to work on site at our Lisle, IL HQ Must have strong organization skills, written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Excel, Word
